The result: Our ‘Vinyasa 101’ course, including critical lessons on basic spinal anatomy as well as safe sequencing. ‘Vinyasa 101’ also offers adaptations for classical yoga poses allowing a range of body types and people with a range of flexibility to experience the physical release and stretch of poses otherwise unavailable to them.
